Common Ground

Common Ground is made up of musicians living in England, Sweden and Norway, all well known on the Irish circuit in Ireland, England and Scandinavia. The band was formed in the spring of '98 to provide an outlet for the talents of several individually acclaimed musicians who together create their own unique sound. Their music literally springs from a fine blend of traditional ballads and newly written songs from the likes of Paul Brady and Martin Furey, mixed with the best of Irish dance tunes and some new compositions from Ireland and Brittany in France.
